NEW FALL LEVER

Enhanced ease of operation and winding sensitivity. New shape, new mechanism: NEW FALL LEVER.

The NEW FALL LEVER features a new shape with a depression on the top surface for better fit. It allows for instant, delicate adjustments as needed, improving operability, and incorporates a one-way roller bearing inside to maintain light winding. It preserves a smooth winding feel even when applying fall tension.


High-durability clutch

Shimano's clutch, known for high durability, has been further improved with special surface treatment on the pinion gear for increased durability and salt resistance. The clutch's reliability is even stronger. The design philosophy aiming for a truly usable reel is reflected here.


High-corrosion internal parts
