The 4000 size, the smallest in the series, has been greatly enhanced from the previous model. Notably, the addition of Infinity Drive results in a more powerful winding feel. Infinity Cross also improves gear durability significantly. Despite being a model mainly for light game, its toughness rivals larger sizes. In terms of operability, it now features Anti-Twist Fin to reduce line trouble, minimizing slack and preventing line slippage or tangling, making fishing more comfortable. The handle continues to use the easy-to-grip CI4 round knob, allowing maximum power with minimal effort.

The X-Tough Drag, installed on models 5000 and above, features washers made solely of metal and carbon, supporting the spool from both top and bottom.
