HAGANE Gear

Aiming for an eternally unchanged winding feel.

Pressing a solid metal block under high pressure and finishing it with micron-level precision without machining. Our proprietary technology called precision cold forging produces gears that are hard and tough, enabling smooth winding feel.

X Ship

Enlarged drive gear, optimal placement of pinion and drive gears, and two-point support by bearing on the pinion gear. These robust gear meshing ensure strong load resistance and smooth reeling.

HAGANE Body

Shimano’s renowned waterproof structure.

For small to medium spinning reels requiring lighter rotation, we adopted a non-contact structure that does not compromise rotation ease. In addition to conventional water-repellent treatment, a labyrinth structure that suppresses water ingress was incorporated, achieving high waterproof performance without contact. AR-C Spool
