The Long Weaver is a versatile jig with a long silhouette suitable for a wide range of scenes, including slow, light, and high-pitch. It has low resistance when pulled, and transitions to slide action with minimal input. Its long glide distance and long hang time appeal to targets. With a center of gravity shifted slightly to the rear, it entices targets with irregular slow falls and large amplitude swings. It performs best when you accurately grasp the current and use it to blend with the tide, making it a powerful jig.
