Using Shimano's original design and manufacturing method, aiming for higher strength against bending, twisting, and crushing in all directions. High Power X
A reinforced structure that further suppresses twisting during casting and fighting. Features include wrapping carbon tape in an X-shape over the outermost layer of Spiral X or over a cross-structure of carbon sheets. This ensures the rod's bend retains the angler's intended direction, allowing the blank's inherent performance to be fully expressed.
Nano Pitch
A method of wrapping the molding tape used in the process of baking the blank at an extremely fine pitch. This allows the blank to be pressed with more uniform pressure, greatly contributing to increased strength. The fine pitch also creates a high-quality appearance design.
CI4+
An evolved version of Shimano's original material CI4, reinforced with carbon fiber. It is characterized by being lighter and having higher strength compared to conventional resins.
