The more tip-focused 'F' action is suitable for calm waters and high activity periods, where the distance to the surface is short, using the short F-S511M-S for manual control and quick retrieval. For deep or rapid current areas with strong resistance, the F-S68M-S allows sharp jerks. Both are designed for aggressive, active hooking fishing.

Another legacy of the Seffia SS tip eging lineage is the 'R' action. The R-S511ML-S emphasizes lightness and maneuverability, while the R-S72ML-S offers stability in windy or wavey conditions.
