A full-fledged rod that pursues the best balance of "casting distance, lightness, sharpness, and power" required for shore jigging and plugging games. Pursues high-precision casting and operability, and stable lifting power in fights with large blue fish. Shimano's unique technologies, such as Spiral X Core, which provides further high strength, and Screw Lock Joint, which enhances the fixing power of the joint while also making it easy to remove, dramatically improve rod performance.
A rich lineup from ML to XH power, suitable for metal jigs and plugs from around 30g to over 100g. In addition, 3-piece models with excellent convenience are also available. The targets range widely from large blue fish exceeding 10kg to various fish eaters in nearshore waters.

Spiral X Core
The next generation basic structure, evolved with the adoption of high-strength materials.
Shimano's unique design and manufacturing method thoroughly pursues further high strength in all directions, including bending, twisting, and crushing. Carbon tape realized by Toray's Nanoalloy Technology is used, applied to Spiral X, Shimano's unique basic structure that enhances rod performance from the core. Further high strength has been achieved with carefully selected materials. Compared to general structures, twisting strength is 1.4 times higher and crushing strength is 2.5 times higher. Furthermore, compared to Spiral X, twisting strength is increased by 10% and crushing strength by 15%. Nanoalloy is a registered trademark of Toray Corporation.
High Power X
An enhanced structure that further suppresses twisting that occurs during casting and fighting. It is characterized by wrapping carbon tape in an X shape over the outer layer of Spiral X or the carbon sheet's cross structure. This allows the rod's bend to maintain the direction intended by the angler, and the blank's inherent performance is fully utilized.
Nano Pitch
A method of applying the molding tape used in the blank baking process with an extremely fine pitch. This allows the blank to be tightened with uniform pressure, greatly contributing to high strength. The fine pitch also creates a high-quality exterior design.
Screw Lock Joint
A joint specification with special processing that enhances the fixing power of the joint while also making it easy to remove. When joining the rod, twisting it causes it to tighten like a screw, increasing the fixing power and making it difficult for the joint to come apart. When removing, twisting in the opposite direction easily releases the fixation. (Adopted for salt rods)
CI4+
CI4+, an evolution of Shimano's unique CI4 material, which is reinforced with carbon fiber. It is characterized by being lighter and having higher strength compared to conventional resins.
