This product supports a variety of area trout lure techniques including winding, operation, hooking, netting, and bait tackle.
Spiral X
Overcomes twisting and crushing, fundamentally enhancing rod performance.
Spiral X is a three-layer structure with carbon tape tightly wound diagonally in opposite directions on the inner and outer layers of the rod's vertical fibers. The diagonal fibers maintain lightness while achieving high torsional and crush resistance. This improves instantaneous power transfer during casting and fighting, maintaining lightness and increasing the rod's fundamental ability to 'capture.' It is Shimano's original 'basic structure.'
High Power X
A reinforced structure that further suppresses twisting during casting and fighting.
