This is a miso soup made with miso from a long-established miso brewery with over 170 years of history, and Corbicula japonensis clams raised in Lake Shinji, Japan's 7th largest lake where seawater and freshwater mix.You can easily enjoy authentic Japanese miso soup by simply adding hot water.
[How to Prepare]What you need: A bowl, 160-180ml of hot water1. Remove the clams from the bag and place them in the bowl along with the extract.2. Pour hot water into the bowl, stir, and wait for the shells to open. Hotter water makes it easier for the clams to open.3. Once the shells have opened, add the seasoned miso, stir well, and enjoy.*The clams have been pre-purged of sand and can be used directly from the bag. However, due to the nature of clams, a small amount of sand may occasionally remain. We appreciate your understanding.*The liquid in the clam bag is clam extract. Please add it to the bowl together with the clams.*The black powdery or stringy substances in the clam bag are parts of the clam.*Please adjust the amount of seasoned miso to your preference.
