Noda Shokkin Kogyo Co., Ltd. uses its unique patented cultivation technology to break down and ferment solid media with enzymes from shiitake mycelium, while also breaking down the shiitake mycelium itself (autolysis). This allows for the extraction and production of an extract that cannot normally be obtained.
This is the patented substance "LEM". "LEM" is extracted just before the shiitake mushroom (fruiting body) emerges, after culturing shiitake mycelium for approximately 4 months in a special medium made of "bagasse (sugarcane residue)" and "rice bran".
It contains special components obtained by breaking down the medium with the unique enzymes of shiitake mycelium. Since it is fermented using the power of the fungus, it is a fermented food, similar to natto, miso, cheese, and yogurt.
As it is a food product, it is gentle on the body and can be safely consumed by anyone.
Recommended way to consume
Consume 1 to 2 bags per day as a guideline.
It dissolves easily in water, so you can also dissolve it in hot water to drink.
