[How to Use][Instructions](1) Place the brush on the surface of your tongue and brush by pulling it towards you.(2) Wet the brush with water, apply it to your tongue, and brush gently.(3) Do not scrub too hard; brush gently.(4) For comfortable use, please use for approximately 30 days. Prolonged use may harden the brush surface and damage your tongue.* Use the convex side on the surface of your tongue and the concave side on the sides of your tongue.
