木槽袋しぼりで、瓶燗による火入れ。とても手間のかかったお酒です。まろやかで味のバランスの良いです。
香りは協会14号（1401）酵母由来の優しい香り。おだやかでコクがあり、食中酒にぴったりのやや辛口酒。
