(このさい印をつけると良い) ➁穴開け位置をドリル、インパクトドライバー、電動ドライバー等で穴を開ける。
その開けた穴にプラグを差し込む。
➂棚受けを取付け、ドライバーを使いネジ（ビス）をプラグに差し込みます。
(4)しっかり固定できれば完成です。
「上下どちらの向きでもOK」棚受けは上下逆向きでも使用できます。
棚受けはもちろん、部屋の壁に置かれている家具やテレビの台座に設置すると転倒防止対策にもなります。
