"How to Use"
To heat in boiling water: Do not open the bag (pouch). Place it in boiling water and boil for 3-5 minutes.
To heat in a microwave: Remove the contents from the bag (pouch) and transfer them to a deep container. Cover with plastic wrap and heat.
Please refer to your microwave's instruction manual for details on containers and heating times.
