Uses sudachi citrus juice and yuzu citrus juice. Blended with the first dashi stock made from Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido and katsuobushi from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, produced in-house.
This is a seasoned ponzu with an elegant flavor, featuring a good balance between the refreshing citrus juices and the umami of the first dashi stock.
Delicious not only for hot pot dishes and yudofu (boiled tofu), but also when drizzled over grilled fish, fried foods, and salads.
Uchibori Jozo Mino Special Sushi Vinegar 360ml
This sushi vinegar uses the first dashi stock from Rishiri kelp. Blended with special hon-zukuri rice vinegar, sun-dried salt, and sugar. Simply pour over warm rice to make sushi rice.
