商品の説明
カルシウム、マグネシウム、鉄分や亜鉛などのミネラル分やビタミンBが多く、またポリフェノール含有量も多い健康茶です。カフェインが少ないのも特徴です。マテ茶はモチノキ科のジェルバマテという樹の葉や茎から作られ、昔から南米の人々の野菜不足を補ってきたと言われています。 急須を使用しても可能ですが、本場南米では鍋で煮出して上澄みを飲む方法「コシード」や、「ボンビーリャ」と呼ばれるコシ器付ストローで飲む方法もあります。 水出しは「テレレ」と呼ばれ更にマイルドなテイストをお楽しみいただけます。
