Hijiri Foods' Koyasan Goma Tofu is made using the "Koyasan Method," which does not use ground sesame paste but instead uses sesame milk (sesame juice) extracted from the finest sesame essence at their own factory.

Goma tofu made with carefully squeezed sesame milk is characterized by its smooth texture without the fibrousness of sesame.

The Koyasan Method requires approximately twice the amount of sesame compared to using ground sesame paste. This is why Hijiri Foods is committed to the Koyasan Method "to create a smooth and rich-tasting goma tofu."
