**About Fueki Shoyu**
Founded in Kansei 1 (1789). Soy sauce production began in the town of Kawajima, which prospered as the granary of the Kawagoe domain during the Edo period and is blessed with rich nature, surrounded by rivers on all four sides.
Since then, we have continued to adhere to traditional brewing methods, using only carefully selected whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt as raw materials, and slowly fermenting and aging them in large cedar vats for one to two years.
It is precisely because we take our time to make soy sauce without rushing that we can produce soy sauce with a subtle aroma and mellow flavor.
Our products, particularly the dark soy sauces "Kinbue Shoyu" and "Kinbue Whole Soy Sauce" known by the name "Kinbue," have been popular across generations.
