1. Why doesn't the indicator blink when pairing?
The indicator on this product blinks only when it is synchronized with home appliances and you are using it (when emitting infrared signals). It does not blink when pairing with the app.
2. Why is there no response from the power button?
The button on the top of the device is not a power button, but a button for automation. When set in the app, you can control home appliances with gestures such as click, double-click, and long-press. The device itself does not have a power button.
3. I have successfully synchronized with my home appliance, but I cannot control it.
When selecting a template for synchronization, please try multiple buttons and click "Confirm" if one is effective. If you only try one button and click "Confirm" if it is effective, the template may be incorrect.
4. I cannot link with Google Home. What should I do?
