▼Effects and indications
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: headache, feeling of heat, skin troubles, pimples, loss of appetite (reduced appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
▼Usage and dosage
For adults (15 years and older), put 1 packet into 150ml to 200ml of hot water, boil over low heat for 15 minutes, then remove the packet, and take about half or all of the decoction once before bed. However, start with the minimum amount initially, and gradually increase or decrease depending on bowel movement and condition.
〈Preparation method〉※For adults 15 years and older
In a clay jar or kettle (aluminum or stainless steel), prepare about 150ml to 200ml of hot water, put in 1 bag, and simmer over the smallest flame for about 15 minutes. (If boiled over high heat, it may burn, so simmer over very low heat.)
○ Slightly warm water makes it easier to drink.
○ Storage after decocting this product
In summer, if the decoction is left for a long time, it may spoil, so store the decoction in the refrigerator.
