■ Indications and Effects
Constipation
Relief of symptoms associated with constipation: headache, feeling of heat, skin troubles, pimples, loss of appetite (reduced appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, hemorrhoids.

■ Usage and Dosage
Take on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
However, since symptoms of constipation vary among individuals, start with the minimum dose, and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement and condition.
