**Preparation Method (for adults aged 15 and over):**
Boil 150 mL to 200 mL of hot water in a clay jar or kettle (made of aluminum or stainless steel). Place one tea bag into the water, and simmer over the lowest heat for about 15 minutes. (Do not use high heat, as it may cause burning; simmer over the specified low heat.)
It is easier to drink if slightly warmed.

**Method and Dosage:**
For adults (15 years and older):
Put one sachet (3.0 g) into 150 mL to 200 mL of hot water, boil over low heat for 15 minutes, then remove the sachet.
Take half or all of the decoction once before bed.
Start with the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement and condition.

**Age-specific Dosage:**
- 11 to under 15 years: 2/3 of the adult dose
- 7 to under 11 years: 1/2 of the adult dose
- 3 to under 7 years: 1/3 of the adult dose
- Under 3 years: Do not take
