30th Anniversary Remastered Expanded Edition Release Decided! Aphex Twin, also known as Richard D. James, released the ambient masterpiece "Selected Ambient Works Volume II" in 1994 at the young age of 22, an album that remains in music history. This monumental work, which was also Aphex Twin's first album after moving to [WARP], celebrates its 30th anniversary with a remastered expanded edition that includes additional tracks.
This 30th Anniversary Remastered Expanded Edition will be released in the following formats: a Japan-exclusive 3-disc CD box set, a 4-disc LP with a Japanese obi strip, an imported 3-disc CD, an imported 4-disc LP, and a T-shirt set (Japan-exclusive 3-disc CD box set / 4-disc LP with Japanese obi strip). Additionally, the following tracks will be included as bonus material: "#19," which was previously only available on LP, "th1 [evnslower]," released on physical format for the first time, and "Rhubarb Orc. 19.53 Rev," released officially for the first time.
