**Usage & Dosage**
Adults: Take 6 tablets per day, divided into 2-3 doses with water or warm water.

2. How to take the tablets:
Press firmly on the protrusions of the PTP (press-through package) sheet containing the tablets with your fingertips, break the aluminum foil on the back, and take out the tablet for consumption.

- Inositol hexanicotinate: 480 mg — dilates peripheral blood vessels and improves blood circulation.
- Cepharanthine: 0.015 mg — promotes hair growth through peripheral vasodilation; enhances immune function.
- Arimemazine tartrate: 0.03 mg — has antihistamine effects and relieves itching.
- Calcium pantothenate: 497.298 mg — maintains the nutritional condition of hair and skin.
- Thiamine hydrochloride: 2.49 mg — improves nerve and muscle functions; related to carbohydrate metabolism.
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride: 2.49 mg — normalizes sebaceous gland activity and suppresses excess sebum secretion.
- Ascorbic acid: 12.45 mg — strengthens blood vessels, skin, mucous membranes, and immune system; prevents damage from active oxygen.
