美しい自然に囲まれた太平洋に浮かぶ伊豆大島の国立公園内で黒潮が運ぶ清麗な海水だけを原料に太陽の力だけで結晶させる、日本で最初の天日製塩法で作っています。1972年の塩田全廃にともなって始まった伝統塩復活運動の流れの中で、先頭に立ってきびしい塩専売法の規制と闘いながら生まれた伝統海塩の元祖です。

使用方法
海の精ほししお(青) 240gは、伊豆大島産の海水100%を原料に天日の熱の力と自然がもたらす風の力だけを利用して海水を蒸発、塩の形に結晶化させる珍しい製法でつくったお塩です。粒子は粗く、ザラメ状でしっとりタイプ。マイルドで奥深い味わい、まろやかな味で人気。煮物などお料理、材料の下味につかって旨みをプラスします。
