太平洋戦争に負けて、日本人としての誇りも人格も、地に落ちてしまった日本の中で戦争に勝った方の、文化や生活様式を取り入れ、日本の古いしきたりや伝統を無くして、近代的な日本として再出発を果たしてきた現代でも、戦争で勝った方の国に対しての、羨望的な思いを抱いている人達の多い事、その中に於いて、日本人としての古来からの器用さとか勤勉さにより、無茶苦茶になった日本を見事に復活して貰った、先輩諸氏に対して感謝しつつ、未来への提言として、本書がわずかでも貢献する事が出来たら、と願いつつ本書を書かせてもらいました。
