■ How to Use
- Grasp the sides of your nose below the nasal bone with your thumb and index finger. The point where you can no longer breathe is the optimal position.
- Wash and dry your nose thoroughly.
- Align the center of the strip with the center of your nose and the ends with the position you found.
- Bend the sides along the curve of your nose and rub with your fingers to ensure a secure adhesion.
- To remove, thoroughly wet the Breathe Right strip with lukewarm water. First, peel off the four corners, then slowly lift and peel from both sides.
