■ How to Use- The optimal position is found by pinching both sides of the area below the nasal bone with your thumb and index finger where breathing becomes restricted.
- Wash your nose thoroughly and dry it.
- Align the center of the strip with the center of your nose, and align both sides with the position you identified.
- Bend both sides along the shape of your nose and rub with your fingers to ensure it adheres firmly.
- When removing, thoroughly wet the Breathe Right strip with warm water. First, peel off the four corners, then slowly and gradually lift from both sides to remove.
■ Precautions for Use- Do not use if you have ever had a hypersensitivity reaction to this product or natural rubber.
- This product is a tape applied to the surface of the nose to expand the nasal passages. Do not use it for any purpose other than its intended use.
