Features

Warnings (Do Not Do)
(If ignored, current symptoms may worsen or side effects may become more likely)
1. Do not take if you are:
(1) Have experienced allergic reactions to this medication before.
(2) Have experienced asthma after taking this or other antipyretic/analgesic or cold medicines.
(3) Under 15 years old.
2. Do not take any other medications such as other antipyretic/analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives while taking this drug.
3. Do not consume alcohol when taking this medication.
4. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
Consultation Before Use
1. Consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking if you are:
(1) Receiving medical treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
(3) Breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly.
(5) Yourself or your family have allergies.
(6) Have had allergic reactions to medicines before.
(7) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.
(8) Have had: gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. Immediately stop taking and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist if any of the following occur:
(1) Symptoms such as:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, stomach discomfort, stomatitis
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling
Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek medical attention immediately.
- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms include hives, swelling, chest tightness, pallor, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing.
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever with rash, redness, severe blistering resembling burns on skin, mouth, and eyes.
- Liver dysfunction: General fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes).
- Kidney impairment: Reduced urine output, swelling, difficulty breathing, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hematuria, proteinuria.
- Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (especially reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
- Asthma.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses.
3. If any of the following symptoms appear or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist:
- Constipation, diarrhea.
Efficacy and Effects
- Pain relief for headaches, menstrual pain, toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, joint pain, neuralgia, back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, sprains.
- Fever reduction during chills and fever.
Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach, with water or warm water:
Adults (15 years and older):
- Dose per time: 1 tablet
- Frequency: up to 2 times per day (interval of at least 6 hours between doses)
Under 15 years old:
- Do not take.
- Do not administer.
Precautions Related to Usage and Dosage
(1) Strictly follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
(2) How to take out the tablet:
- Press firmly on the protruding part of the blister (PTP sheet) with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and take the tablet.
- Accidentally swallowing the tablet whole or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.
Ingredients and Content
This white tablet contains the following active ingredients per tablet:
- Isopropylantipyrine (Pyrriline class): 150 mg
- Function: Suppresses pain and heat transmission.
- Ibuprofen: 50 mg
- Function: Suppresses the cause of pain and fever (production of causative substances).
- Anhydrous caffeine: 50 mg
- Function: Enhances the analgesic effect.
Additives: Cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, hypromellose, cellulose, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, talc, lactose monohydrate.
Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).
(4) Do not use products past the expiration date printed on the outer box.
