Seek immediate medical attention:- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Sudden hives, swelling, chest tightness, with pale face, cold hands and feet, cold sweat, difficulty breathing.- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis:** High fever with rash, redness, severe blistering resembling burns on skin, mouth, and eyes.- **Liver dysfunction:** General fatigue, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes).- **Kidney impairment:** Reduced urine output, swelling, difficulty breathing, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, hematuria, proteinuria.- **Aseptic meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (especially reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- **Asthma.**
*If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses.*
**Possible Symptoms from Overuse or Side Effects**- Constipation, diarrhea. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
**Efficacy and Uses**- Pain relief for headaches, menstrual pain, toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, joint pain, neuralgia, back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, bruises, sprains.- Fever reduction during chills and fever.
**Usage and Dosage**Take the following amount with water or warm water, preferably away from meals:

**Precautions on Usage and Dosage**1. Strictly adhere to the specified usage and dosage.2. How to take out the tablet:- Press firmly on the protruding part of the blister (PTP sheet) with your fingertips to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out and swallow.- Accidentally swallowing the whole blister or improper handling may cause injury to the esophageal mucosa or other accidents.
**Ingredients and Content**This white tablet contains per tablet:- Isopropylantipyrine (pyrazoline class): 150 mg- Works to suppress pain and fever transmission.- Ibuprofen: 50 mg- Suppresses the cause of pain and fever (substance responsible for symptoms).- Anhydrous caffeine: 50 mg- Enhances the pain-relief effect.
Additives: Cross-linked CMC-Na, hypromellose, cellulose, anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, talc, lactose monohydrate.
