The remote control batteries are not included. Please prepare AAA batteries separately.

The codecs supported for 4K video playback are only H.265/HEVC, H.264/AVC, H.264/MVC, VP9. The maximum resolution for other codecs is 1920 x 1080.

The maximum resolution for still image display is 4096 x 2160. Images exceeding 4096 x 2160 will be displayed with reduced resolution.

Even with supported codecs and formats, proper playback may not be possible depending on the format or creation method.

This product can be used with memory formatted in Windows OS or Mac OS with FAT16, FAT32, or NTFS.

Memory formatted with consumer electronics or other devices is not supported; please format the memory using Windows OS or Mac OS.
