[How to Prepare]1. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil per bag of noodles (2 servings).2. Add the noodles to the boiling water, gently loosen them, and cook over high heat for 2 minutes.3. Then, reduce the heat to a simmer so the water does not boil over, and cook for approximately 16-18 minutes. Adjust the cooking time to your preference.4. Rinse the cooked udon noodles with water, transfer them to a bowl, top with your favorite ingredients such as green onions and tempura bits, and pour one bag of the attached special broth, diluted with approximately 50ml (1/4 cup) of cold water or hot water, over the noodles.Adding condiments like ginger or sesame, or a squeeze of lemon juice, will enhance the flavor even further.
