(Product Features)Made with carefully selected domestic ingredients such as flying fish, bonito flakes, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms. Simply add the dashi pack and bring to a boil for authentic dashi that anyone can easily make.
(Usage Examples)- Clear Soup: Bring 3 cups (600ml) of water to a boil with 1 dashi pack.- Simmered Dishes: Add 1 dashi pack to 2 cups (400ml) of water and add a small amount of soy sauce to taste.- Miso Soup: Bring 4 cups (800ml) of water to a boil with 1 dashi pack, then add miso sparingly. One pack is enough for approximately 6-7 servings of miso soup.
If you make dashi with 600cc of water and add cooked noodles, you can easily recreate Japanese flavors.If you simmer cabbage, chicken, and tofu in the same dashi, you can make a delicious hot pot.
