How to Eat Hot Pot
Here's how to make hot pot using the kit.
[Recommended Ingredients]
* Assorted mushrooms of your choice
* Garlic chives, komatsuna, mitsuba, green onions, long onions, napa cabbage, etc.
Cut into approximately 6cm pieces, mix, soak in water, and then drain.
* Sliced meat (pork, beef, lamb are recommended)
* White fish also pairs well!!

① Add 500ml of water to 1 bag of soup base (3-4 servings) and pour into the pot.
② Add the large spices (cayenne pepper, Sichuan chili pepper, cinnamon, jujube) directly to the pot.
Place the fine spices in the bag before adding to the pot.
* By putting the fine spices in the bag, you can enjoy them until the final noodles or porridge.
③ Once the soup begins to boil, add the ingredients all at once. Boil for another minute until mushrooms and meats are cooked through, and it's ready!
④ For the final course, porridge is good, but Chinese noodles are especially recommended.
