Use a straight, firm spatula such as a butter knife or chopsticks.

(1) Insert the spatula vertically about 10 times to push the floating oil downwards. (Stirring vigorously all at once may cause oil to spill.)

(2) Once the oil has settled into the hole you made, insert the spatula and twist a few times.

(3) When the almonds and oil are well incorporated, stir again with a larger motion until the mixture becomes creamy.

*Hard lumps may remain at the bottom of the jar, so be sure to thoroughly mix the bottom as well.

*If you use the product with oil floating on top, dry almonds may remain at the end.
