Since Manmanaturals Raw Almond Butter contains no emulsifiers or additives, the almonds may settle and oil may gradually rise to the surface over time, but this does not affect quality.
Be sure to stir well before each use.
＜Recommended mixing method＞
Use a straight, firm spatula such as a butter knife or chopsticks.
(1) Insert vertically about 10 times to let the floating oil settle at the bottom. (Stirring vigorously all at once may cause oil to spill.)
(2) Once the oil has sunk into the hole you made, insert the spatula and twist a few times.
(3) When the almonds and oil are well incorporated, lift and shake the spatula up and down to achieve a creamy consistency.
*Hard lumps tend to remain at the bottom of the jar, so be sure to thoroughly mix the bottom surface.
*If you use the oil floating on top without mixing, dry almonds may remain at the end.
