2年以上の発酵と熟成が生み出すより深い味わいを持ったくろずです。●壺畑に並べられた陶器の壺に蒸し米と米麹と地下水で仕込み、2年以上発酵・熟成させて造り上げました。●まろやかでコクのある風味は、良質の原料米から生まれるアミノ酸、有機酸等によるもので、長期間の熟成によりさらに味わい深いものとなります。●1年ものよりさらにまろやかで、コクのある風味が味わえます。●酸度 4.3%使用方法:料理にご使用になられる場合はそのままで、飲用の場合は、1日に20~30mlを5倍程度にうすめてお召し上がりください。坂元のくろずの特徴:鹿児島県霧島市福山町で生産される「坂元のくろず」は、野天の壺畑に並べられた陶器の壺に、蒸し米と米麹と地下水で仕込みます。南国のゆたかな太陽エネルギーの力で発酵がすすみ、長い期間をかけて大事に育てられたものです。まろやかでコクのある風味は、良質の原料米から生まれるアミノ酸、有機酸によるもので、長期間の熟成により、さらに味わい深いものとなります。この独特の味と香りこそ壺づくり純米黒酢の特徴です。
