- This is a very natural Beni Hana oil obtained by pressing seeds of organically cultivated Beni Hana.
- No chemical solvents are used.
- Its light, refreshing flavor and easy emulsification make it ideal for marinades and salad dressings. Additionally, it is heat-resistant, making it perfect for tempura and other fried foods that turn out crispy. It can be used raw, for stir-frying, or frying, depending on the dish.
- The raw material seeds are from varieties rich in oleic acid and vitamin E. (Oleic acid 77.5% of fatty acids, Vitamin E 50 mg per 100 g)
