* Even if parts are the same shape, they may not fit back into their original positions if swapped left-to-right or turned upside down. In such cases, please carefully examine the wood grain and swap the parts.
* As natural wood is used, the wood grain and color tone will vary for each individual item.
* Due to the constraints of the wood piece shapes, coloring is achieved by soaking water-based paint directly into the wood. Therefore, some areas may repel the paint due to the wood grain.
* Materials and color schemes may be changed due to product improvements or unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
* As the product uses natural wood, there may be uneven coloring (areas where paint does not adhere) depending on the type of wood. This is not a defective product and will be shipped after passing inspection.
* Inventory is shared with our physical store, so there may be instances where the item is out of stock.
