【Story】
Princess Ann, the heir to the throne of one of Europe's oldest royal families, is tired of her routine-filled days filled with official duties. She attempts to escape from her palace in Rome during a goodwill tour.
By chance, she meets American newspaper reporter Joe, who is excited by the sudden opportunity for a big scoop. Pretending not to know she is a princess, Joe offers to be her guide in Rome. He secretly has his colleague, photographer Irving, take photos of Ann enjoying sightseeing around the city.
As they indulge in brief moments of freedom and thrill, a strong romantic feeling develops between Ann and Joe, but...
