**Six Active Ingredients Effective Against All Symptoms of Sinusitis and Allergic Rhinitis**Suppression of allergy symptoms:- Mequitazine (a non-sedating component)
Relief of nasal mucosal swelling and nasal congestion:- Vasoconstrictor: Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride, dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride- Herbal extract: Shin-iye Extract

3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, abnormal sensitivity to light, etc.).
4. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
**Consultation Before Use:**1. Serious adverse reactions such as the following may occur; seek medical attention immediately:- Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: High fever, widespread rash and redness, small pustules on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, or rapid worsening.- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- Thrombocytopenia: Bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, gum bleeding, bruising due to decreased platelets.
3. After taking, symptoms such as dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, or blurred vision may occur. If these persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 days of use, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.
