■使用方法／召し上がり方
成人１日当たり通常の食生活において、１日８～１０ｇを目安にしてください。
大さじ軽く１杯が約１０ｇです。
水又は沸騰したお湯約５００～８００ｃｃの中へ８～１０ｇをポンと入れ、約半分の２５０～４００ｃｃになるまで煮込み、火を止めてカスを捨て、１日数回適宜お飲みください。また、キュウスにてお好みの量を振り出していただいても結構です。冷めましたら、少々温めて頂きますと、飲みやすくなります。また、麦茶、ほうじ茶、その他のお茶類と合わせて煮ていただいても、結構です。
