Tsuno Foods' "Pressing First-Press Domestic Rice Oil 300g" is a rare rice oil extracted without the use of solvents, using pressure only to carefully press domestic rice bran.

This product is made by pressing domestic rice bran and rice germ with pressure alone, without solvents. It is a carefully crafted rice oil produced using traditional pressing methods that have been passed down since the Edo period.
Rice bran contains only about 20% oil, and pressing it without solvents is possible for only half of that. This oil is a valuable edible oil, naturally extracted from domestic rice bran and rice germ, rich in nutrients.
It has a mild flavor with no strong aftertaste, allowing the natural taste of ingredients to shine through.
Because it is resistant to oxidation, it is recommended for various cooking methods such as dressings, mayonnaise, stir-frying, and heat cooking.
