During this year and a half, the four members have gained various experiences such as their first drama tie-up, appearance at Kansai Collection, first appearance on a terrestrial music program, member withdrawal, and transfer of their affiliated agency. With this new determination, they are releasing a mini album titled 『Re:START』. After transferring to a new agency in April, they performed in 16 live events over three months, and released two new songs as digital singles. One of the newly released songs, 『Busaiku na Love Song』, was adopted as the ending theme for BS Teleto DRAMA ADDICT 『First Love Affair ~Can I Call This Love First Love?~』, and is currently broadcast on six stations nationwide. Additionally, Gakugei Dai Youth appeared in this drama as themselves, continuing their energetic activities that are truly worthy of being called 『Re:START』. This mini album includes, besides 『Busaiku na Love Song』, 『Yamaarashi no Dilemma』, which was their last recording with five members; 『Namo Naki Kyou』, which vividly describes the major change of member withdrawal; 『MY NAME IS…』, a new self-introduction song that is now always performed at live events; 『Aikotoba』, with choreography that is impressive for dancing together with fans; and an unreleased song 『Aburakatabura』, totaling six tracks that condense their journey over the past year and a half. Since the new formation with four members, all songs have been written and composed by leader Nakagawa Ren, and this mini album also reflects their growth as artists. Limited Edition B includes two solo tracks by Yuji Aizawa, who has steadily been working on music production with acoustic guitar, as bonus tracks. 『Aoi Haru』 is an emotional ballad dedicated to the departed member. Additionally, a luxurious booklet compiled with many photos taken gradually since April, capturing their daily life, is included. ＜Profile＞ The group is called Seishun, read as 'Junesu'! The dance vocal group 『Gakugei Dai Junesu』! They started activities in September 2019, living together near Gakugei University Station in Tokyo, delivering 『Youth』 across Japan. In the early days, they hid their faces and engaged in innovative activities that moved between 2D and 3D, gaining attention. They held their 3rd anniversary live in fall 2022, revealing their faces. From March 2023, they held the 5th LIVE TOUR across nine cities with eleven performances. At the tour final at Zepp DiverCity (Tokyo), they performed a live show that truly showcases their ability to move between 2D and 3D. In August, they served as the opening act for Kansai Collection 2023 A/W, and in September, they released the CD of 『Yamaarashi no Dilemma』, the opening theme for the TV Tokyo drama 『Watashi to Otto to Otto no Kareshi』. From April 2024, they transferred to a new agency, and in July, 『Busaiku na Love Song』 was selected as the ending theme for BS Teleto DRAMA ADDICT 『First Love Affair ~Can I Call This Love First Love?~』. Gakugei Dai Youth will also appear in the drama as themselves. In September 2024, they will hold the 『5th Anniversary LIVE』 at Ebisu The Garde Hall, and the release of the mini album is also scheduled.
