5. To avoid fingerprints, let it cool for about 5-7 minutes before demolding.
Points of concern? 1. How long is the curing time? UV-LED light: approximately 1-2 minutes.
Direct sunlight (clear weather): about 8 minutes for 400g, 10-15 minutes for 600g. 2. Is it heat resistant? Of course, our UV resin can be used at temperatures up to 250°F.
3. Is it resistant to yellowing? Absolutely, it has high transparency and durability.
"High Hardness and Transparency" The hardness of the UV resin after curing can reach 85D. The surface of the finished product is smooth, glossy, and highly transparent like glass. Handmade items will not yellow over time.
Furthermore, UV resin is highly compatible with colorants and sequins.
"Rapid Curing" Large-capacity resin can be used with a UV lamp. It cures in 2-4 minutes under a UV light and only 8 minutes (for 400g) or 10-15 minutes (for 600g) under sunlight.
If too much colorant or sequins are used, or if it's cloudy, the curing time needs to be extended.
(It is recommended that the amount of pigment added does not exceed 5% of the total weight of the UV resin.)
