This is the second full CG animated feature film in the "Biohazard" game series!
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union's social system, the East Slavic Republic gained independence and became a sovereign nation.
However, conflicts have repeatedly occurred between the government, supported by the wealthy class (Oligarchs), and the anti-government forces composed of the impoverished populace.
As this civil war escalates, strange rumors of "seeing monsters on the battlefield" begin to spread across various regions...
Upon receiving this information, the United States, fearing the proliferation of B.O.W.s, dispatches President-appointed agent Leon S. Kennedy for a solo infiltration mission.
However, due to government circumstances, the U.S. suddenly decides to withdraw, and Leon is also ordered to retreat.
"As long as the clues to the B.O.W. are here, I'm staying—."
Leon rushes into the battlefield alone, without support from the U.S. government, but a Licker (B.O.W.) appears, and he is abducted by the anti-government forces.
Leon is bound to a chair, facing a desperate situation with anti-government members Alexander (Sasha) Kozachenko / Buddy, JD, and the elder council leader Ataman Ivan Zhdanovich.
