A groundbreaking instructional work on kicking that teaches how to fight according to the opponent's type.
● Content
This instructional work clearly and concretely teaches kickboxing practical techniques, such as the distance most necessary to advance the match advantageously in actual combat and the footwork to maintain it; fighting methods to establish your own pace before being attacked; fighting methods to counter-attack by parrying the opponent's punches; and the differences between orthodox and southpaw stances. This first volume focuses on how to fight opponents who primarily use punch attacks.
