◆This is 100% Aomori Prefecture-grown black garlic, cultivated, fermented, and matured by local garlic farmers in Aomori without any additives.
The White Six-Fragment variety features large cloves and offers a sweet, moist texture that you can enjoy.
◆The garlic is easy to separate into individual cloves. Please peel the thin skin and consume 1 to 3 cloves per day as a guideline.
If you are concerned about the smell, we recommend taking it at night.
◆It can be stored at room temperature. However, after opening, do not store long-term with just the zipper closure, as this can cause mold.
It is recommended to transfer to another airtight container that does not seal tightly.
When storing in the refrigerator, avoid airtight sealing and keep away from humidity.
For longer storage, freezing is recommended.
