■ How to Use
* Wear before going to bed and remove upon waking in the morning.
* If you are not accustomed to supportive socks, they may feel tight at first.
* If this is your first time using the product, try it 1-2 hours before bedtime and then use it for sleeping.
* If you feel uncomfortable, remove them immediately, discontinue use for that night's sleep, and try again on another day.
"How to Wear"
* Before wearing, remove rings, etc., and smooth your fingernails and toenails.
* Do not use your nails to pull up the socks, and do not pull them up all at once.
* Due to the supportive nature of the socks, pull them up slowly and carefully.
1. Gather the sock and insert your toes.
2. Pull up to the ankle and align the heel.
3. Place both thumbs on the inside and pull up evenly.
4. Pull up evenly to just above the knee, little by little, to wear.
