If your measurements fall into both M and L sizes, choose the size closest to the midpoint of your ankle measurement.

■ How to use
- Wear before sleeping, and remove upon waking.- If you are not accustomed to supportive socks, they may feel tight at first.- For first-time use, try them 1-2 hours before bedtime before full overnight use.- If uncomfortable, remove immediately, do not use that night, and try again on a different day.

- Remove rings and other jewelry, and smooth your nails on hands and feet.- Do not scratch or pull up suddenly.- Because of the support strength, pull up slowly and carefully.
